Shipping Policy

Welcome to the Swerve Family! We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight and destination of your order. We do offer free shipping over $99 for locations within the U.S.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates will vary by destination. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.
  • You can also track your order by visiting the Track Order page on our website.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during holidays, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once your order is with the shipping carrier, any delays due to weather, customs, or other factors are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered. We recommend tracking your order for any delivery updates.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you need to update the address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
  • Swerve X is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

International Orders:

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply when your order arrives in your country.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times for international orders can vary and may take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, international shipments may be delayed in customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control these delays.
